About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. Preferably you will have come from a trade background with extensive experience in the residential building market.

 About the role undertake joinery work on the range of building work, Joinery work associated with major and minor new construction work, Repair and maintain door, door frames, windows etc, Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety.

To be successful in this role, you will have a "can do" attitude. You are self-motivated, able to work under instruction and be a team player.

Kitchen Joinery Assembler / Cabinet Maker Required

About the Role:

We have a large number of projects which offers long term employment for a committed, experienced Kitchen Joinery assembler .

Duties Include:

  • Assembling of Joinery and cabinet making
  • Schedule production and machine utilisation
  • Minimise materials waste
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Liaise with site foremen to ensue timely delivery and installation of kitchens
  • Experience with CNC and edgebander is added advantage

Skills and Experience:

  • Trade qualified
  • Read plans and program CNC is advantageous
  • Good leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to read plans/drawings

This job requires light lifting of cabinets and loading of truck for kitchen delivery when required.

Site Foreman / Finishing Foreman Required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman/Finishing Foreman for Apartments and Houses/ Townhouses to join our construction team. You will have full autonomy to take charge of the site, and we will support you with resources and trades, allowing you to deliver an 'icon' in the neighbourhood. Your role will encompass all aspects of site management, including scheduling trades & materials, directing staff, managing site safety & amenities.

To be successful in this role, the following are essentials:

*you must have an acute attention to detail.

*You must also have a great attitude to work, and a driven nature in order to achieve a superb quality outcome for the client.

*A high commitment to safety, ability to think and act proactively.

*Great communication skills to lead and coordinate subbies, should be your strengths.

*A trade background will be added advantage

*Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role is required.
