Position: Full Time
Salary Range – $75,000 – $100,000 per year
Explore the Opportunity:
We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson (REVIT) for residential house/townhouses to support our in-house Architectural Design Department.
Some of the key accountabilities will be:
- Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting using REVIT for houses/townhouse projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and constructions plans/documentation utilising Revit software
- Responsible for Concept plan drafting, Floor plans, elevations and colour schemes drafting, documentation for Council Development Applications & Constructions Certificates
- Update design/drafting as per latest information and requirements
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- You have a strong and creative portfolio that demonstrates your design/drafting and craft experience in architectural projects
- Liaise with construction team, relevant Engineers and Consultants (i.e Civil, Structural, Services, BCA etc.) and ensure a smooth process for construction of House/Townhouses
Requirements:
- Formal Architectural qualifications
- Ideally have min. 3 years architectural knowledge and experience
- Must have min. 3 years’ experience in architectural drafting (using REVIT) for residential projects
- Experience with Private Developer/Builder or architectural firm in Sydney
- Thorough knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for design and architecture
- Be able to work across several project
- Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Be driven and want to progress your career
