Universal Property Group, a well established property developer and builder specializing in delivering quality homes in Sydney’s western suburbs. We have a significant number of house, townhouses subdivision and apartment projects under construction.
We are seeking experienced Building Associate to join our construction team.
Position: Full Time
Salary Range : $80,000 – $100,000 per year
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervising construction project site operations from initiation to closure and be accountable for site progress in an efficient and safe manner.
- Reporting to Senior Management to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, milestones and resources.
- Liaising, coordinating and negotiating with the operations management team and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Effectively managing project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are correctly documented and approved.
- Interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Preferably you will have extensive experience in the residential building market.
All work is in the Western Sydney Area and there is a real opportunity to form a continuous relationship with us for the long term.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in reading landscape plans.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
