Position: Full TimeSalary Range – $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly site meetings.
  • Advise relevant parties of notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and or supplier agreements required for the project.
  • Provide support to prepare and forward relevant notices within designated time frames.
  • Update and maintain notices of delay and extensions of time registers.
  • Notify clients of any issues, special circumstances or breaches of contract.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current.
  • Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors highlighting relevant issues specific to the project.
  • Revise and retain contract registers highlighting payment conditions.
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

  • Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Managing subcontractors.
  • Accounts, post procurement – Managing quotes, contracts and managing claims .
  • Project reporting
  • Admin of Timberline project accounting software .

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management , engineering or architecture or similar field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator/ Site engineer role OR  Contracts Administration within the new build and multi-storey construction experience.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
